Do not hire Clarksville Cafe if...

1. You want fancy swans carved out of watermelons. Sure, they're nice. But we think your guests would prefer our Italian Sausage & Peppers instead.
2. You'd rather have your food look good than taste good. We always make sure your selections are beautifully presented and tastefully displayed, but our plated dishes will probably never be on the cover of Bon Appetit Magazine.
3. You want a 7 tier wedding cake that rivals Donald Trump's. Although we do provide basic wedding cakes, we recommend you find a baker if you want something extravagant.
4. You want fine china or crystal goblets. Our Italian Pastry Assortment is beautiful enough to steal the show without the fancy accessories!
5. You'd like to serve a menu full of foreign dishes. We specialize in classic, familiar cuisine using fresh ingredients you've actually heard of. We do take special requests, but don't expect a creation worthy of an Iron Chef.
